Diego Diaz Non Destructive Image Adjustments


After using the adjustment layer options i would like to conclude that adjustment layers could be quite helpful when trying to build emphasis on something in the image. Non Destructive Image Adjustments can be defined as image adjustments that can be applied without altering the original pixel data. This can be useful to graphic designers because it allows them to use adjustments in order to grab the viewers full attention and overall it allows them to maintain flexibility through the creative process. In conclusion i can definantly see myself using non destructive image edits/ adjustment layers in future projects.

recreating repetition

 Im so glad we are no longer using indesign. Using illustrator taught me how easy adobe apps should be to use. I learned a lot of new tools like the [paintbrush tool and during this project i also used grouping and locking layers quite a lot. I love illustrator and i honestly hope we stop using indesign, recreating my work from last year was honestly so fun.

25 PENCIL ROUGHS     Sketching rough drafts for my company’s logo in my notebook was a surprisingly rewarding part of the design process. There’s something about putting pen to paper that helps ideas come out more freely. Without the pressure of making everything perfect, I felt more comfortable playing around with different shapes, lettering styles, and concepts that could represent the brand. Some ideas came quickly—little sparks from thinking about what the company stands for—while others took more time to figure out. What I liked most about this stage was how flexible it felt. I could cross things out, circle parts I liked, or draw several versions of the same idea in a row. The notebook became a messy but useful space where creativity wasn’t limited.
