Delete Content (Spot Healing Brush Tool) Before After For this picture I used the spot healing brush to remove the teammate out of the picture and also remove the badges on stefon diggs’s jersey. I did this in order to firstly truly make diggs the main attention grabber in the picture and also by removing the badges I brought true emphasis to his number on the jersey and the font of that number as well as the outline Add Objects (Clone Stamp Tool) Before   After I will admit that this is my worst one out of the three. When I first saw these mountains I wanted to build on them and overall just make them seem endless but the more I tried the more I realized that this tool is really hard to use and requires a lot of situational awareness, if you don’t know where your cursor is, you will mess up. With that being said I don’t think I executed this the way I would’ve liked but I was going for the idea of never ending mountains Remove Objects (Content Aware Tool) Before After This one too...

Diego Diaz Non Destructive Image Adjustments

Image
After using the adjustment layer options i would like to conclude that adjustment layers could be quite helpful when trying to build emphasis on something in the image. Non Destructive Image Adjustments can be defined as image adjustments that can be applied without altering the original pixel data. This can be useful to graphic designers because it allows them to use adjustments in order to grab the viewers full attention and overall it allows them to maintain flexibility through the creative process. In conclusion i can definantly see myself using non destructive image edits/ adjustment layers in future projects. diego diaz robot reflection

When this project was firstly introduced i honestly thought it was going to be very hard but honestly i had a lot of fun making this. At first i was going to just leave it as a metal robot but i wanted to give it some human characteristics so i gave him shoes, something to hold, and even a jersey/shirt. I made the theme of this robot to represent my favorite NFL player of all time Stefon Diggs. he firstly played in Minnesota so i put a picture of him in Minnesota on his tv head. and honestly being a buffalo bills fan i was super hyped when we traded for him and although he may. not play for the bills anymore i still have respect for him and all. Anyway back to the project i think the hardest thing in the draft was constantly having to fine things top add because although 20 layers doesn't sound like a lot it most certainly is and i  don't think i reached 20 layers. When it was time to transition  into the final i was honestly amazed by how shadows work in this pr...

image resolution

 1. The difference between 300 ppi and 72 ppi is the clarity of the image. 300 ppi which stands for pixels per inch gives the image more pixels to work with which at the end lead to a higher resolution or clearer image. it was said in the lecture that a good ppi is 350 and provides a very clear image. To add on, it was also said that5 those small images with small ppi are used for things like thumbnails and covers and other things of that nature.  2. the difference between 72 ppi and 300m ppi is crucial for a graphic designer to know because it directly affects the quality, clarity and overall professionalism of the final product. using a 72 ppi image due to the fact that its considered low resolution can cause poor print quality.while on the other hand a high resolution 300 ppi image can increase the professionalism and overall interest from viewers or costumers. 3.   The difference between 72 ppi and 300 ppi matters because it affects image quality and website performan...

Museum of Illustration

Image
I really enjoyed the trip to the museum we took. I found David Curtis’s story very inspiring and I at times found myself super interested in his work, I like how he took us step by step and then let us try what he does. The idea of being able to make book covers honestly sounds pretty fun. For the book cover exercise I chose Percy Jackson and I tried to emphasize the water and the lightning due to the fact that Percy Jackson is the son of Poseidon who is the god of the seas. Zeus also plays a big part in the book so I made sure to add lightning.i would grade my book cover a 3/4 although I don’t portray the artistic skills necessary, I feel like I had the right idea and I actually really liked my idea. I honestly thought the museum was kinda small I wish it was bigger but because it’s small it allows more emphasis on each piece and doesn’t overwhelm the visitor. My favorite art piece was the one on the first floor which showed footballer Kylian Mbappe and they called him the hero ...
