Picasso Painting
Brush Technique
If i'm being completely honest the brush technique is really easy to use. The only truly hard thing is being able to organize your layers well enough so the colors don't crash each other and mess the painting up. To add on, another thing that needs to be on your mind when using the brush tool is the size of the brush in pixels. For example when i was making the blue background and the red couch i moved their layers all the way to the back and made the brush really big in pixels, This technique really allowed me to save time and overall make it look neat because with such a big brush it is easier to not miss spots. What I will gladly say is that the more time i spent using the tool the easier it became to navigate, that includes changing color, size and at times the layers. I will say that the hardest color to truly execute was the black just because it is all over the painting and i had to make the brush really small ( in terms of pixels).
The Painting
I honestly find this painting really cool, I feel like Picasso made some of the persons features a little bigger or longer to point them out. An example of this includes the persons neck, you can't convince me that the persons neck was actually that long there is just no way.To add on, Ive also always wondered how painting like this came to be, did Piccaso just walk up to the person and say something like " hey can i paint you??" honestly just seems suspicious to me but maybe it was just easier back then to get people to do what you wanted, I mean after all people back then did interact more with each other.
